Frequently asked questions

Everything new families usually ask — and if we've missed something, just message us.

What age can my child start?

Babies can begin Baby Otter from around 6 months with a parent in the water. Independent classes start from age 4 in our Otter programme.

Do I need to be in the water?

Only for Baby Otter, which is parent-accompanied. From Otter onwards, children swim independently while you relax in the viewing area.

How big are the classes?

Small by design — a maximum of four children per coach, so every swimmer gets real attention.

What should we bring?

A swimsuit, towel and goggles. Babies need a swim nappy. We have changing rooms and lockers at our Yishun pool.

Are the pools heated?

Yes. Our pool is indoor and heated, so lessons run comfortably all year, rain or shine.

What if we miss a lesson?

Eligible absences earn a make-up credit you can use to rebook a replacement lesson, subject to availability.

Is this SwimSafer certified?

Yes — our SwimSafer programme follows Singapore's national stages 1–6 with recognised certification.

How do we pay?

We accept PayNow and NETS. Fees are billed monthly or by package, with a one-time registration fee for new families.
